NexTec Inc has plans to shift from a wholesale business model to a direct sales model. In order to do so, it plans to have a business model very different from its existing business model. This document outlines NextTec’s operational, marketing, IT and strategy goals as well as the ways in which NexTec plans to break even and meet its forecasts.
